FINANCE

finance law

The attorneys in our firm have represented both lenders and borrowers and lessors and lessees, giving them valuable insight on the particular concerns of both sides. Such experience enables them to suggest effective solutions to particular credit support and operational issues while protecting their client’s interests in the applicable transaction.

Our counseling in the listed areas below includes advice and documentation for implementing the financing as well as “exit-strategies” for banks and finance companies to manage troubled credits and borrowers that resort to bankruptcies. Our expertise in the area of lease financing is complimented by a similar capability in the area of retail installment sales financing and automobile dealer floor plan financing.

In providing our clients with a diverse background of experience in corporate finance, members of the Group have special expertise in the following areas:

  • Loan syndications and participations;
  • Lease financings;
  • Asset securitizations;
  • Asset-based financings; and
  • Unsecured and secured loans.

In addition to assisting our clients in the preparation, negotiation and consummation of transactions, we also assist them in accessing the capital markets and obtaining the necessary financing for their projects. We do not believe that our role as the attorney is limited to the legal aspects of a transaction, but we also offer our significant experience in the above areas to effectively advise our clients on the business ramifications of their actions.
